Four menus, noted at booking

Classic, vegetarian, vegan and children's menus each run to four courses, and which one lands in front of you is fixed by what you note on the booking, not chosen at the table — worth settling ahead of the night if anyone in your party has a preference.

Allergies and gluten-free needs

The kitchen accommodates allergens and a gluten-free requirement, but only when it's flagged on the booking note in advance — raising it for the first time at the table isn't the way it's handled here.

Four courses across the evening

Every menu runs to four courses, from the appetizer that greets you by 7pm through to dessert alongside the closing numbers — the exact dishes vary by which of the four menus you've chosen.

Served against the programme, not before it

Courses arrive timed to the evening's music rather than served in full before the orchestra starts, so dinner and the show run together for most of the night rather than one finishing before the other begins.

If your needs sit outside the four menus

The published menus cover classic, vegetarian, vegan and children's diets; anyone with a different requirement should raise it with the booking note directly rather than assume it can be handled at the table on the night.

Where you eat is where you watch

There's no separate dining room — the table or loge assigned to your booked area is where dinner is served and where you watch the programme, so there's no move between courses and the show.
